What is myShoza? myShoza is an online directory, which offers a comprehensive listing of all the shopping centres in the Klang Valley and throughout Malaysia. Not only does myShoza have a list of shopping centres, it also lists all the stores within the shopping centre! How convenient is that?
Users are able to post ratings and reviews on the shopping centres and stores they went to. With these reviews and ratings, myShoza hopes that it would encourage the shopping centres and stores to improve their facilities and services, thus improving shoppers’ experiences.
What are Messages for?
The messages are for the members to contact myShoza directly. The message function is only available for myShoza members.
How do I earn the Points?
There are many ways to earn points. Here is a list of the ways a user can earn points:
1. Daily Logins
2. Clicking on different Advertisements
3. Reporting Errors
4. Posting a Review
5. Posting a Rating
Each action can earn its own number of points. Finding out how many points you get for each action is the fun part!
Psst… Just to let you know, once in a while there may be a surprise from myShoza where for a limited period of time, users can get more points! Just check the news, we’ll post up whenever we plan to have the increased points.
What are Star Points?
Star Points are points that you gather whenever you perform any of the actions above. It is used to level up.
What are Splurge Points?
Splurge Points are the points you can use to spend. Splurge Points are currently only used to redeem Avatars. We hope to add more things in the future.
What is the difference between Star Points and Splurge Points?
Star points are exclusively for levelling up where as splurge points is the points available to spend on.
If I redeem something with my Splurge Points, will my Star Points be reduced?
The answer is no. Star Points can only increase and never decrease.

Why can’t I redeem some of the Avatars?
There are many different types of Avatars listed in myShoza. Some of the Avatars are free whilst some requires you to use your Splurge Points to get them. Avatars are released in batches based on the level you are in. So if you do not have enough Splurge Points or not in the required level for the Avatar, you would not be able to redeem the Avatar.

How many badges are there and how do I get them?
There are 7 different types of Badges. To achieve the Badges and the different levels of each badge, members are requiredto fulfilcriteria to attain them.

What is Preference Setting about?
Preference setting is for members to determine what they want to see on their Search Results. For example, if you do not want to see any shopping centres with only 1 star and 2 stars, you can change your preferences so that these shopping centres will not show up in your search result.
